AI learning service
Omily Speak offers English practice with AI, not human teachers. Responses and feedback may be wrong or incomplete and are not professional advice, official assessment or certification. Do not rely on roleplay as real medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your Google account and device secure. Operator-provisioned review/test access is for authorized testing only. Do not sell accounts, evade allowances, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful or privacy-invasive material, or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted proportionately to protect users and the service.
Allowances and subscriptions
Free access includes two live AI speaking sessions of up to five minutes per calendar month. Premium includes 120 live speaking minutes in each monthly allowance period, including when you pay annually. Premium sessions are limited to 30 minutes each, four starts per day and one active session at a time. The reset date shown in the app applies. Unused time does not roll over; there are no usage-overage charges.
Google Play shows the available price, billing interval, taxes and renewal terms before purchase. Ordinary monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled. No free trial or instalment commitment is promised by these terms. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Google Play, subject to applicable law. Deleting your Omily account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Safety, availability and contact
Use the in-app AI-content report action to submit problematic generated content. A receipt confirms submission, not an immediate response or emergency service. For other help, contact support@omily.ai.
An internet connection and microphone permission are required for live speech. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular learning outcome. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material service or terms changes will apply prospectively with notice where required.
